Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Recently updated first floor studio with private golf course view. Condo is very spacious with separate kitchen, queen size bed, sofa, dining room table, TV, washer/dryer in the unit, closet, all updated shower, fully equipped kitchen, private lanai where you can access outside for your morning side walks with golf course views. Community offers heated pool, jacuzzi and outside grilling. Condo located in prime location in South Fort Myers near beaches, restaurants, Sanibel island, FSW college and more. Community is very quiet and just minutes away from lakes park and beaches. I also offer my Toyota RAV4 for rent for a very fare price just for my tenants. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have. Thank you.

Cozy Sweet

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. We loved the peace and quiet of the lanai. Also the location is perfect for going to so many places. Great neighbors and the pool and activities were amazing.

Good value for money.

Perfect location on a budget. Washer & Dryer worked fine. Most cleaning products on hand. Unit was decently clean. Bed a little too soft for my tastes but I'm sure most folks would like it. Water pressure low - but after 2 storms recently - I have no problem with little things like that. It was doable. More hooks to hang stuff in bathroom and local channels on TV would be nice improvements. It has most streaming channels but local news would be nice. Owner is very responsive. Will continue to stay here.
