Relaxing Quiet Condo on golf course at Cross Creek Country Club. Beautiful pool, hot tub, on executive par 60 golf course. Clubhouse with a restaurant and bar. Covered assigned parking. On 2nd floor with views of pond, golf course & pickleball courts. Great location 10 min from Fort Myers Airport & close to many stores & restaurants. This is a quiet, peaceful, mature condo community but without age restrictions. You will have access to the association pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball/Bocce Ball courts. The golf course is open to public play at reasonable fees.
Rent from December to April is $2900/month. Rent from April to December is $2000/month. Shared pool, hot tub. Guest parking available. The kitchen, dining area, & living room are open concept with high ceilings and ceiling fans. Screened lanai off living rm. New A/C unit last year. Renters must register with the association board 15 days prior to start of the rental (form will be provided & we will register you with the board). We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
