This was the first time I had used a check in / check out kiosk. I did not find it difficult to use and there was a human available if there were any issues. Property was well maintained and clean. A/C was a little noisy but kept the room nice and cool.

It was fairly clean, but very worn out. Defects in the bathtub, the sink, the walls. Shower barely worked. Supposedly breakfast is included, but basically help yourself do some cereal or bread to toast.

Breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs everyday toaster didn’t work. Cereal no bowls available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They advertised a hot breakfast. We never saw anyone else come in for breakfast. Expedia messed up our reservations. We stayed because it was convenient for where we needed to be.

Pool was dirty. No pool deck furniture, no pool towels. Mineral spring smelt awful, from across the parking lot. Bar traffic made parking a challenge. The noise from the bar was quite loud on more than one occasion

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The "resort" is a little run down and could use some TLC. The Tiki Bar plays music into the AM. Breakfast had very few options and eggs were not kept heated properly.

Never got to stay, as they woudnt give me a voucher for the next night when my flight was cancelled so they took my money with no room in the inn. Expedia and the hotel footballed me back and forth, so i will NEVER book through Expedia for any travel again...jp
