Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lively nightlife are just a short distance from your elegantly curated vacation home-away-from-home. Located on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities, well-maintained lush, tropical grounds, and when evening sets in - sunsets that will be remembered long after your time in Southwest Florida comes to an end.
**Please note - Homeowners & Condominium Associations require an application to be submitted and approved before occupancy. Bookings made for a check-in date within 30 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they require up to 30 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 30 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received.
**Please be advised the Condo Association application processing fee is $100 per adult, or $100 per married couple and will be charged separately by the association after your booking is made. The condo association application instructions will be provided once we receive your booking. Additionally, there is $50 per person amenity transfer fee payable to the HOA at the time of your HOA check-in orientation.**

Open concept main living space highlighted by large sliding glass doors leading to the open balcony where you'll find the show-stopping view of the Caloosahatchee River, our gorgeous sunset skies, and the resort-like pool & pool deck

Open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, and many small electrical appliances
Two private guest suites each complete with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets; the 1st suite has a king bed and bathroom with a spacious shower; the 2nd suite has direct access to the balcony, a pair of twin XL beds, and bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. All beds are made for your arrival with provided bed linens; bath and pool towels are also provided
Guest's will need to provide their logins for subscription-based channels on the Smart TV's in the living room and both guest suites; TV's are equipped with Xfinity cable programming

Additional destinations such as Bonita Springs and Naples combine to offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and a variety experiences you will find in southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures! The Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands - are within easy driving distance. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the home.
This property is approximately 17 miles from RSW International Airport, 17 miles to Fort Myers Beach and 18 miles to the Sanibel Causeway.
