Stayed 4 nights and only had 1 nights peaceful sleep due to a college basketball team shouting in there rooms next door and across also slamming doors until 1am ever after we complained several times this was for 2 nights then the 3rd night they put someone in the room next door with screaming crying baby,The offered us another room on the 3rd night but as we had decorated the room for Christmas we declined,So this was a very unsatisfactory stay.We will not stay at this hotel ever again as they do not care about guest comfort.

The hotel was affordable, clean, safe, and had everything I needed for my 2 night stay. Continental breakfast was a nice touch, as well as the ice water and cookies in the front lobby. The staff was also polite and friendly. Will stay again!

Staff very courteous, room clean but with a hint of musty. The deadlock on door would not retract in the morning after unlocking door. I had to move all belongings to my car since I couldn't lock the room. Front desk explained this is common occurrence on hotels and we should call front desk. Usually staff can fix this easily. In our case, it would be later that day. Good info to know but inconvenient for us.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Internet TV was very nice. But room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days! Even after formal complaint and request for cleaning to the front desk on Day 3. This unfortunately overshadowed my stay.

That the shades in the window had the image of the tree. Instead of looking at the blank sidecar of a building it was a nice view. Alonso they got the cookies done for us when we checked in. Nice staff.
