Beautiful fully furnished condo in resort style property. 2 Bedrooms (K/Q) and Den (F). 2 full baths. Cable and internet provided. Parker lakes is a beautifully maintained community. Amenities included but not limited to pool, spa, lap pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, gym, fishing piers, trails, playground, parks, etc. Close to hospitals, shopping, a short 12 minute drive to Ft Myers beach and more. All renters are required to submit and pay HOA application and background check. This will be completed directly with the HOA.
