Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom plus den condo with oversized screened balcony/lanai with stunning views over the private lake and views of the gulf and FM beach in the distance. Kitchen boasts pantry, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, wall oven and induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, bar fridge and breakfast bar with granite counters. Kitchen is well appointed with quality dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. Primary bedroom has 2 walk in closets, king bed with quality linens, and luxurious, spa-like newly renovated bathroom with his and hers vanities, bathtub, large shower with rain-shower head and private water closet. Split bedroom plan has 2nd bedroom with double bed and newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Den has large screen smart TV and entertainment centre with books and games and 2 recliners. Living room has comfortable leather electric reclining sofa and down-filled sofa with 70" state of the art TV and built in entertainment centre. Dining room has large table with 6 chairs and statement chandelier. Sliding doors lead to the large screened in balcony with upscale comfortable seating, including 2 reclining chairs and casual dining table with 4 chairs. Covered indoor parking for 2 cars. Mastique is beautiful

The Condo was just as pictured, immaculate and very well appointed. The owners were very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to questions The grounds are beautiful and I loved the pool and hot tub. Other residents were friendly. And the location is very convenient to transportation, restaurants and beaches. A very enjoyable stay
