GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

Lovely home!

We could not have been happier with our choice of homes or with the owner Nic. He was extremely responsive to any questions asked and has a very well appointed home. I would definitely stay there again.
