Wonderful location, great communication

This property is centrally located, nicely decorated. The property manager was very accessible and responsive. Definitely recommend for the Sw Florida area.

Amazing stay and location.

This rental was perfect for us. Convenient location with easy access to everything, but very quiet and private gated community. It was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. Owner was very helpful mad inforative with great customer service. We will definitely stay again.

Great location for our purposes, very clean, great owner communications, liked the first floor accessibility, quiet neighborhood. A couple issues with appliances that owner handled well, a little spartan in decorating. Overall very satisfied and would rent again.

Absolutely horrible!

Everything was broken. Dryer, toaster, kitchen faucet, can opener was filthy and broken, kitchen cabinet door was missing, towels were gray and fraying, microwave handle and keurig were broken. There weren’t any dressers! Would NOT recommend!!

Perfect Location

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for the two of us. There were two well-maintained pools and it was walking distance to a grocery store and CVS. It was a great location in Fort Myers. I only had need to contact Adam one time, and he responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and Style

We found both the apartments we stayed in were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Access on the ground floor was brilliant because I have mobility issues. The location also proved to be very convenient for shopping and appointments.
