Housekeeping. Items that in the bed that looked like bugs. Under the pillows and fitted sheet. Was told after advising the staff? They were “coffee beans” ! Either way they shouldn’t have been in the bed. Items under the counter not found when cleaning from prior occupant and empty liquor bottle under the safe not cleaned from prior occupant. Follow staff’s response. One made it seem the complaint was to get a comped room.
