The Residence Condominiums in Fort Myers is one of the best kept condominium complex in the area and is one of very few you will be able to walk to dozens of restaurants and shops.
The interior has a clean modern touch and gives a cozy feel as soon as you enter the door. The condo offers one bedroom with a queen size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. TV and WiFi are available also.
The Edison Mall is conveniently located in walking distance, offering a shopping and dining paradise to all its renters. The Historic Downtown District, the renewed public Fort Myers Golf Course, hospitals, I-75 as well as the Cape Coral bridge are all in close proximity.
Multiple beaches like Fort Myers Beach, Bonita's Barefoot Beach as well as Sanibel and Captiva Beaches are all within a 30 mile distance.
