The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table for six, bar counter seating and a breakfast nook. Guests can enjoy amenities in a gated community with a fitness room, library, movie theater, restaurant and bar, tennis, pickle ball and bocce. There are French doors to a lanai off the living room for morning coffee or evening drinks. Comes with electric golf cart available for use and attached two car garage. Our place is available for longer stays of one month or more.
