Newly updated 2br (1 king and 1 Queen) 2br +den and large screened in lanai gives you exactly what you're looking for in your vacation home away from home. There is a covered carport and Elevator. There is a 90-day minimum stay per the HOA and requires an application for background check. Cross Creek Golf and Country Club requires a transfer fee application of $100 for use of pool, golf and amenities.
