I choose the hotel because they offer a room with queen beds and I paid extra for that They have a room with full bed ignoring the the reserve I prepaid for it The bathroom had no exhaust fan ( removed) Water in the shower no pressure

I recommend staying here to all visiting Fort Myers. Clean building and room. Great amenities in the room with a comfortable bed. Pool was awesome and relaxing. Breakfast had wonderful options. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Clean, modern, good value.

Room was clean, bathroom was modern and clean, ample towels. Breakfast is from 6-9AM make sure you are there before 9 or there is no breakfast for you. period. Staff friendly, quiet areas.

The property is tired and in need of a good scrubbing.There was no operating elevator and luggage had to be hauled up a very dirty concrete staircase. The front desk attendant was rude and mumbled responses.

Our AC did not work in room.. upon changing rooms we had to pay upgrade because there wete no more rooms like we had. The room we were put in smelled musty so they sprayed it and we had to stay outside for a long time because of the smell of spray . It was just an inconvenience

The bed was extremely lower to the floor than usual and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, the sink and shower water pressure was extremely low and not enough for adequate use.
