The property is a wooden new build, noise goes from room to room very easy, everything was new, Regina and Dennis go above and beyond being helpful, not the nicest neighborhood as I was very unfamiliar with the area.

The workers at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Once I finally got settled into my room, I had no issues. The room was clean and I had everything I needed throughout my stay. There is a Publix (grocery store) in a plaza a few roads up on the left for items to put in your refrigerator (including alcohol). Restaurants and fast food not too far away if you so choose. 20 - 25 minute rides to the beaches, RSW Airport, Jet Blue Park and Hammond Stadium (Twins). I did not have any issues as I was traveling alone. I cannot end without saying that there are people who have been there for months. I did not have any problems with any "long term residents", but I do believe this information should be known to individuals who may be uncomfortable with this situation.

Very disappointing stay. Paper thin walls and no soundproofing made it extremely noisy and hard to sleep. Trash bags and dirty main hall areas were smelly and disgusting. A large ball of human hair in the elevator was gross. The floors in the room were dirty. Walls were all scratched up. The yelling screaming guests in the hallways were awful after 11pm. Very unsafe feeling for a single traveler. Front desk was shuttered most of the time I was there. Very sketchy. I travel for work and this was by far the least "safe" I have felt.

Crackheads upon entry of hotel asking for money and to borrow phones (3 of them). Get to the counter and the staff is arguing with a customer in line, after he leaves I reluctantly get my room key. As soon as I opened the door to room 108, roaches scattered. I immediately turned around and checked out where they have still yet to give me my refund because “ Expedia is weird about refunds haha”. Horrible experience
