The beautifully newly renovated space has an open floor-plan with an enclosed balcony, a kitchen sparkling with new stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prep, cook and dine.



The property is located in Ocean Village, the spectacular oceanfront private gated community. Situated on world famous Hutchinson Island, the 21 mile coastline with the most beautiful & magnificent natural beaches on the Treasure Coast.



Catamaran Condo is available for 30 day minimum rentals, which is enforced by the Catamaran 2 POA at Ocean Village. Guests will enjoy all of the resort amenities that Ocean village has to offer, including various swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and a 9-hole Executive Golf Course. Enjoy Ocean Villages brand new resort style pool, new club house, on site oceanfront restaurant & tiki bar. There are many walking paths to explore, endless nearby activities to enjoy such as kayaking, boating, shopping, dining and walking all the beautiful natural beaches of Hutchinson Island.



We provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are also welcome to use the washing machine & dryer throughout your stay.
