Surrounded by preserves and parks, this is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, a business trip, a wedding destination, or for relaxing on a quiet, private beach. It features a spacious and sunny bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with complimentary Roku/Xfinity streaming television (premium channels), and, an alcove with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Wood floors and tile throughout. Outdoor amenities include use of the screen enclosed pool and courtyard, with dining table and chairs, large grill, and a fishing dock on the Indian River.

from the moment I walk in to greet host Liliana ,she was so very pleasant and welcoming. I've been coming to vero beach for 30 plus years and the location and the beach are amazing. Very clean and quiet location but close to all local restaurants and shopping. I was in the area on business and only 4 minutes away from my client's. Everything was just as described. Having a private beach in Florida is a rare find and this property is just as rare. Clean, quiet, and secluded. Private parking and a very peaceful sleep each night. Stayed here while our family home is being rebuilt just up the beach. I hope to return again soon. The owners are like family.

We stayed at the beautiful property for a mere 24 hours. During that time we were able to walk to the beach and spent a few hours there (totally alone) listening to the waves and feeling the sun on us. We also walked down to the dock area which was a nice stroll. The guest house had everything we needed and was charming and cozy with super high ceilings. We will return.
