Very easy to fall in love with this 5th floor large 3-bedroom 2 -bathroom Seascape I condo with a one car garage. The balconies are all built out giving this unit a spacious appearance but opens to outside for great ocean breeze. There are King size beds in the master and second bedrooms. Third bedroom has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This condo has panoramic views from many full size windows capturing a view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. An additional perk is this condo has a pool exclusive to Seascape I owners & tenants. Beautiful community with 24 hr. manned guard gate, TIKI Bar, community pools, 9-hole executive golf course, tennis, bocce, and other amenities with private beach accesses throughout the property.
