Tranquil Cedar cabin feel with open floor plan and beautiful vaulted cedar ceilings with a touch of modern finishes. Safe and quiet neighborhood with close proximity to major shopping, tasty local restaurants, entertainment, and multiple beautiful beaches to choose from, including a dog beach. Situated East of Federal Hwy/US Highway 1 close to the nature preserve savanna’s with a variety of wildlife and nature to see. Tan in the sun on the beach and brings your pets with you! Taste the delicious seafood from local favorites like Conchy Joe's seafood restaurant . Enjoy your time on the water with a local fishing charter, day boat rentals, and Jet ski rentals. After your done for the day, relax at our home. The home itself features a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 private bedroom with queen bed and bathroom down stairs with shower. 2 open bedrooms with two queen beds, one double bed, and one single bed upstairs with sharing Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower.
Two queen size pull out bed couches side by side downstairs in the living room. 55 inch Smart TV’s in every room. High speed WIFI for guest.

We were extremely disappointed with this property and, unfortunately, we ended up leaving after the first night to stay in a hotel.The home is much older and more worn than the listing suggests. The upstairs bedrooms have no actual doors—only shower curtains—which offers virtually no privacy. Much of the furniture appeared heavily used, with stained upholstery and a mismatched collection of furnishings that gave the home a neglected feel rather than a thoughtfully furnished cozy vacation rental.Cleanliness was also a concern. We found two dead cockroaches during our stay.The décor felt very unusual and, at times, distracting. There is an enormous mirror permanently attached to the staircase railing, a very large framed picture hanging over part of the railing, artificial "selfie wall" greenery, flashing lights at the bottom of the stairs, and a fireplace that appears to have been sealed over with what looked like adhesive shelf liner or vinyl. Another fireplace is simply a small LED unit that resembles a television.We selected this property expecting a cozy place, but it did not meet those expectations. The condition, cleanliness, and overall presentation were disappointing enough that we chose to check out early and book hotel rooms instead. Ask the host for a photo of the exterior of the house. That says it all! We do NOT recommend this property or this host.
