Everything was great except for the lighting in our room. Not happy my but lamps and only backlighting in the bathroom. Hard to put on makeup etc. other than that a great stay.

Great check-in. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Could use an update. And it was quiet. A perfect place for a one night sleep prior to a conference a bit of a way from home.

The receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She made sure we were on the ground floor for my husband who has limited mobility. When we couldn’t get the TV to work she came to the room and found the problem for us. A connection had come loose from the wall. Would definitely recommend.

TV wouldn't work, we used our own hotspots. Front desk forgot to mute the phone when they said they were calling their boss about the Wi-Fi issue so we heard all of that conversation. Elevator sounded like it was going to fall down and shook. The night shift employee the first night we were there was super sweet but the rest couldn't be bothered. Location is nice. Outside area is nice.

Friendly and confy

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The fire alarm did go off at 3:45am, but that was no fault of the staff and they were helpful and apologetic about the whole deal.
