Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Clean condo with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen if you plan to do any cooking. If you have neighbors in the above unit it can be a bit noisy, that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Everything was great! House was cleaned. Short walk to the beach, pool in the back and parking right in front. Could not have asked for a better place. Hoping to rent her cottage when we visit Destin again.

We stayed at Sunset Cottages for our vacation. It was awesome. The beach is really close. The owner is very nice & helpful. It has beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We will stay again!
