We got locked in the fitness room on my birthday. With our 7m old daughter. My husband was smacking the door for the front desk lady to come let us out. Key cards barely worked. One lady who worked there was amazing. The rest were rude and acted like we inconvenienced them being there. Now I see why no one was basically there. Bad experience overall. WiFi didn’t work. Bathroom shower was barely running hot water barely worked. Just overall bad experience. Birthday trip ruined just by the hotel.

It was dated, musty smelling, the ac was super loud, and the WiFi was basically nonexistent. The beds were comfortable enough, so if you’re only looking to sleep, it’s a good option.

Breakfast leaves something to be desired since it was mostly carbs. There were "eggs" but they had standing water in them and the texture and flavor was not like any eggs you'd make at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Other than the breakfast it was great.

The room smelled had to buy scented products and also cleaning products.. the tub was nasty with hair in it and the floors were dirty like they weren’t cleaned after the last guest ! The room air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. The construct of the room provided no place in the bathroom for hanging towels or toiletry bags. The elevator was cleaned with an extremely strong chemical which rendered it virtually uninhabitable for about 2 hours. The breakfast was good, hot, plentiful and on time. A good rating for the food service.

Paid in advance, left 1 day early - didn’t request refund - and still got charged an early departure fee. Rediculous and unfair. Was there for a family emergency and didn’t want to deal with or complain but “stains” on floor were not stains, unpainted wall patches, rusty fixtures, and musty smell. All would have went uncommented on but the early departure fee was the last straw.
