Great condo for kids

We had a great time, perfect resort for families with kids. Only downside was the air conditioning never got below 70* but they did have fans so it wasn’t bad. Very clean, we will definitely be back.

Property was well kept and the beach was beautiful. Condo was very nice but could use some upgrades (beds and couches). Road construction makes it difficult to walk anywhere currently. Ours kids had the best time at the pool and the fudpuckers snack hut was very convient.

A few areas of the condo were not fully clean but overall it was very good. Hall smelled bad when we first arrived. Location was great. Amenities were great. Number of staff and work ongoing to keep things clean was excellent at the resort.

Waterscape and the unit were exactly as described. The condo was clean and had everything you need for a great vacation. The walk to the beach was much closer than we thought! The pools and splash pad were beautiful! Great place to stay close to everything you need.

The pictures do not do this room justice, the room was beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect from our balcony and we were up high enough that noise was not an issue coming from the pool area. The location was perfect as well, beach front and about a 5 minute drive to Destin if you want more restaurant options. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at A612. If I ever make it back to the area, I will make sure to look this place up again!

We were down for a soccer tournament. We had a family of 4 and a family of 5 (one being a 3yo), and this condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable and everything was great. Pools were great and not a far walk to the beach. Great to have a chair rental with the room as well. Will definitely be back and stay here

This room was great. Had a small hiccup with room being cleaned late & because of this the cleaning staff took my pillow case. However the property manager communicated well & was helpful. I would stay here again.

I'm a titanium elite level for Marriott hotels, which means I stay in over 100 Marriott hotels a year.. I'm supposed to get upgraded for free, and several other perks. I was told upon check-in that there were no rooms available for upgrades, but the parking lot was only half full... First Marriott that I've been treated that way.

This unit worked well for our fall break vacation. Our group of 3 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time away. We loved the beach and the pool. This unit was right by the elevator on the sixth floor, which made getting up and down to the pool/beach very easy (the hall ways are LONG so having this location was a big advantage). Unfortunately, the beds/mattresses in both the larger bedrooms are in dire need of an upgrade. The master bedroom mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The only spot that wasn't heavily caved in was a small portion in the dead center of the mattress. Both my wife and I agreed that it was one of the worst mattresses we've ever slept on. The bed frame felt very unstable and super noisy as well. The good news is, the rest of the unit was very nice. Buying a couple of new mattresses would be would be a simple fix that would make the stay for futures renters much more enjoyable!

The Emerald Beaches💚💙🥭🥭🥭🌊☀️🐚

The property was very beautiful with views of the emerald beaches from our balcony! Also views of the pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs. The townhouse was very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well supplied. Extra garbage bags would have been nice. The only problem we had was bedroom TV’s did no work. I called Pinkie, and it was taken care of within an hour. We had perfect wether also, very relaxing. The parking garage was a little hard to navigate, but once we figured out, it wasn’t too bad. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🌻
