Visit Fort Walton Beach in comfort with a direct ocean view. Your family of 6 will have plenty of room to stretch out in the amazing 3 bedroom 3 bath corner unit at Gulf Dunes Resort. You'll have a direct ocean view and convenient proximity to the pool deck from your balcony.

This magnificent 3-bedroom Gulf Dunes condominium is spacious enough for a family of 8-10. The large, open floor plan is centered around the amazing view. Large picture windows and sliding doors provide the view of the beach and natural seascape. Step out to your own private oceanfront balcony that also adjoins the master bedroom. From time to time, you will be in the perfect spot on your balcony to enjoy some live music from the neighboring outdoor grill.

The Master Bedroom features a comfortable king bed complete with beach view and balcony access. A large smart TV with cable is provided for your streaming enjoyment. Adjoining your bedroom is a large walk-in closet and private master bath with a double vanity.

The second Guest Room features a queen bed that sleeps 2 comfortably, has a large smart tv for streaming, and dedicated access to the second bathroom. A third bedroom features two full beds that can sleep 2-4.

The Living Room is an open floor plan that adjoins the full kitchen and dining area. This area is perfect for the family to gather, play games, or enjoy the large Smart TV, and the sofa converts to a queen sleeper. Views of the ocean or entertainment are attainable from the kitchen and dining areas, so everyone feels included in the fun at all times. The full kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, dinnerware, and cookware so a convenient home-cooked meal will make your perfect day even better.

Our full-sized private laundry center makes clean up a breeze, and comes with a starter set of detergent.

Gulf Dunes Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, tennis courts, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample parking. The beach access does require navigation of stairs as you traverse the sand dunes. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.
Gulf Dunes is near many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go carting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just some of what Destin has to offer.

RESORT & AREA
Gulf Dunes Resort on Okaloosa Island provides a beachfront retreat with 426 feet of private shoreline. This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas.

The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation.

Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near Gulf Dunes are varied and accessible. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a popular spot for fresh seafood located directly across the street. Other nearby choices include Old Bay Steamer for steamed platters and The Gulf, which offers outdoor seating and bay views. For Italian cuisine, Vincenzo's Italian Bistro is a short distance away, and The Shack provides a classic waterfront setting for local seafood.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There are two ocean-side gated pools at this resort which are open year-round. Pools are typically heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
