Islander 4004 - Welcome to Islander Beach Resort located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island, an area known for its beautiful emerald, green water with the most unspoiled white sand beach in the state of Florida.

Islander Beach Resort exterior renovations have been completed, which are now painted aqua blue and gray, a seven-story structure on a short two-mile stretch of Okaloosa Island with direct views of the beach and ocean. Our unit is located on the East Islander building on the most desirable 4th floor beach front with a direct unrestricted beachfront balcony view. There are two large elevators on the East Islander and lots of parking spaces..

As you enter the front door of the unit, you will see the beautiful emerald, green water straight ahead. Soon you will see the sugary white sandy beach and the 80’ swimming pool below the large balcony, furnished with patio height furniture and regular height, very comfortable so you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Gulf. Enjoy long walks along beautiful white sandy beaches or take in the view from the spacious balcony and watch the dolphins play!

Our unit features a two-bedroom, two bathrooms overlooking the emerald, green waters of the Gulf of America. The LIVING area, we have the living room, dining room, kitchen, master/guest bedroom, and a hall area.

• LIVING room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (with a memory pad), a loveseat and an entertainment center with a 50” smart TV and DVD. The entire living area is illuminated with light from large windows and glass patio doors. All the windows in our unit are decorated with plantation shutters.
• DINING area has a tropical fan, a dining table for six and two more seats on the breakfast nook.
• KITCHEN is fully equipped with small and large appliances, granite counter tops throughout and plenty of quality cookware and utensils that make dining in a pleasure.
• MASTER bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, a chair, a tropical ceiling fan and twin closets. The master bath has a walk-in rain shower and a sink basin granite counter-top throughout.
• GUEST bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV/VCR, tropical ceiling fan and a closet. The hall bath is spacious and features a vanity sink, and a tub/ shower combination.
• Hall closet contains a full-size WASHER/DRYER in the unit.

The Islander Beach Resort offers a large 80’ beach side pool (heated during Thanksgiving and Christmas week and till March 31), a fitness room, a shuffleboard, and a picnic & grilling area.

The Islander Resort is located about 6 miles away from Destin, with less crowds and quieter end of Okaloosa Island within easy driving distance to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, fishing pier, Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, golf, waterparks, groceries, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AFB, and more.

We provide our guests with:

Absolutely beautiful view ! Condo is the best we have ever visited. Very clean and well taken care of. Host is excellent in communication. Plenty of towels, bathroom supplies. Kitchen very well stocked. Could not have asked for a better stay! Hubby and I have stayed in several of the properties on the island and this one is the best! The only minor issue we had was could not figure out the ice maker - we always buy ice anyway.

The condo is very clean, the kitchen has about everything u could ask for, very spacious, nice bathrooms, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Perfect Unit!

This unit was absolutely perfect for us. AMAZING VIEW! I was there for a function at the convention center. The location was perfect because it was literally minutes away. Onsite rental office so no running around to get parking passes. The beds were so comfortable. The unit was clean. And, it was well supplied with games, books, kitchen essentials, beach chairs & toiletries. 10/10 recommend!!!!

One of the best views in Fort Walton!!! The property was clean and nice, our host was respectful and responded in very timely manner. The condo was extremely clean and smelled like heaven! The pool was clean, and well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed. It even had beach supplies to use if you didn’t bring any! The living room has a smart TV so we watch Hulu and Netflix all night. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Everything was great. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, etc You will need to get spices, and salt, pepper. The beds need to be replaced soon but were still not too bad with the toppers they had on them. Beautiful views and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have to utilize.

Amazing Vacation Condo

Upon entering the condo, your eyes go straight to a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances of all kinds. The beds were super comfortable, along with the bedding. The convenience I appreciated most was the washer/dryer! My favorite part was the spacious balcony with 2 table sets. This was my first experience with VRBO, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Suk, the owner responded immediately after my booking and I felt at ease. I would definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

Enjoyed our stay. Place was as shown in photos. Very roomy place. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are sufficient. Master bedroom is roomy and well equipped Bed was comfortable. Master bath is roomy and had plenty of towels. Shower was good with 2 shower heads, one over your head and the other pointed at your mid section, which was different. View was fantastic.Deck was well equipped and spacious. No view of the morning sun though. Only issues we had were minor. The kitchen faucet needs some work, hard to get to completely shut off.. Oven light and over the oven light don’t work. Cabinet doors would not shut properly when it got humid..All appliances worked well. Would be happy to rent again. Would recommend this place and the people staying in the condo facility were awesome.Had a little issue when we first arrived, we never got a text message giving us our key code, so had to contact host to get code.

Exceptional condo!

Our 2 week stay was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The community pool was heated to a lovely warm temperature and even though the air was 50-60 degrees, we were able to enjoy a swim. I highly recommend this condo for your Gulf vacation!
