Experience your next coastal getaway at Summer Place 305, a third-floor condo located directly on the sands of Okaloosa Island. This beachfront home features an open layout that fills the space with natural light, complemented by new furniture and decor. The highlight of the property is the private balcony, furnished with bar-height seating to provide clear views of the Gulf, the beach, and the resort pool. Accessible from both the living room and the master suite, it is a perfect spot for watching dolphins and enjoying the ocean breeze.

The interior is designed to host up to 10 guests comfortably. The master suite includes a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a double vanity and a walk-in glass shower. A second bedroom offers two queen beds and adjoins the guest bathroom, which includes a tub-shower combo. For the kids, a separate bunk room comes equipped with its own TV, and the living room provides extra sleeping space on a queen sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and modern appliances, offering seating for 10 at mealtime. In the living area, a large smart TV is ready for streaming your favorite shows. Summer Place is a mid-size, Gulf-front resort on Okaloosa Island that provides a balanced mix of coastal access and functional living space. The property consists of 53 units across two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans, all designed with open layouts and large windows to showcase views of the sand and water. A key feature of the resort is that every condo includes a private beachfront balcony, typically accessible from both the main living area and the primary bedroom, allowing for direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple rooms.

The resort grounds include two Gulf-side swimming pools, one of which is heated during the cooler months, along with an outdoor hot tub and a fitness center. For outdoor convenience, guests have access to a communal grilling area and a direct boardwalk that leads from the pool deck straight to the beach. These amenities are centered around the beachfront, ensuring that the water remains the focal point of the stay.

The location on Okaloosa Island puts the resort within walking distance of several local landmarks, including the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, the Fishing Pier, and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Because it sits just a short drive west of the Destin bridge, guests can reach the Destin Harbor and HarborWalk Village in about ten minutes. This proximity allows for easy access to deep-sea fishing charters, local golf courses, and broader shopping destinations like the Silver Sands Outlet Mall while maintaining a quieter residential atmosphere back at the resort.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation.

On Okaloosa Island, Stewby's Seafood Shanty is the top choice for affordable fresh fish, while Old Bay Steamer is a local favorite for high-quality steamed shrimp and crab. For breakfast, Asiago's Skillet serves massive portions nearby, and The Gulf offers unique waterfront dining in a chic, outdoor shipping container setting. Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There are two large adjoining beachfront pools and hot tub with lounge chairs available to use. One pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

PROVISIONS
• Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• This resort has a single elevator. Guests should be able to easily navigate stairs should the elevator become unavailable during your stay.
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
