Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well. I particularly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The staff were friendly and helpful--especially Jessica at the front desk. When we inquired why the pool, hot tub, and pool house were uncomfortably cold, they told us they were waiting for a new heater to be installed and offered our family a complementary upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. This allowed our kids to enjoy the water even though the pool was out of commission. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again soon!

Staff was very rude to my family when they checked in without me. Especially the younger girl .Elevator smells so strongly of oil I can still smell it and it creaks the whole time it's moving. Carpets in room were dirty and we had 1 roll of toilet paper for all of us. Don't believe the pics you see on Expedia, they must have been taken when it was new. I will NEVER stay here again.
