Indoor pool was cold. Hot tub luke warm. Geat did not work in the room. Called and someone came and fiddled with it aimlessly and said hopefully it works. It did not. Shortly after the power went out in the room, scaring our grandkids. No offer to switch rooms. Had enough that we left. Only there for 3 hours and had to find another place to stay.

This is a OK place for one night stay to come in late and go out early, but it was not comfortable enough for extended stay. The bath was small and isolated. The toilet was still set up for a kid at 12 inches, as pre-ADA couple it was very comfortable. The television was pre-2012 but it made an ok presentation. The breakfast was skimpy, and it was missing several easy things. It could’ve been due to the bitter cold, snow, and wind, keeping the attendant away for that morning. This was the first time I’ve slept with a ball like pillow it was different.

Very nice the only reason it is not getting 5/5 is due to the fact my card to get int my room stop working all 3 days and I had to go down and get it reprogrammed at least once a day.

The waffle mix was watery, so you could not make any waffles; the soda dispenser did not work; the orange drink was a cheap mix; only sugar laden cereal was offered; a cheap orange mix was offered; and there was no butter. The hallways were not cleaned from day to day and I saw a bug in my room by the sink. The person that kept the breakfast room stocked/cleaned/etc. was also supposed to cover the front desk - too much at times; although the person doing this was as helpful as she could be.
