The desk clerk was not around when i left in the AM to tell them the heating unit made quite a bit of grinding noise when fn came on for heat, as if wrapping paper was stuck in there. So letting them know now, room 233 needs a little help.

Down at the heel, lots of dust, had to request that the bathroom floor be mopped--did not appear to have been done for quite some time prior to our arrival. Pitiful Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations still up in February. Bed was clean and comfortable but the whole place in dire need of a good cleaning. Desk and phones left unattended/unanswered quite a lot of the time.

Pool room smelled of Sewage, BAD. 2nd floor ice machine room floor is broken, scary looking! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is outdated. Should have a space outdoors for your smoking customers that is weather proof/wind blocking. This was our second stay here, nothing has changed since last stay 8 years ago!
