The Baymont was a basic, inexpensive housing accommodation. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the staff was friendly and helpful. It provided a bed, television, refrigerator, and bathroom. I would recommend it to others!

I like the Wyndham properties over the cheaper budget hotels because they are more comfortable and I don't like motels with room doors that go directly outside. The staff was very welcoming and the Fort Wayne area is, at least, not 'Ghettoville USA' thankfully. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I liked the free coffee and breakfast in the morning. It's a basic breakfast, but with restaurant prices these days, it saves you some money.

Would have been nice to receive something to compensate for the pool being closed. That was literally the reason I booked your hotel, becaue it was one of the only ones with a pool. To get there, tell the guy that and that it was disapointing and him to just hand me a key and say I am checked in, was very disappointing. The whole place smelled of weed, which was not good on my asthma.

Room was filthy and had a door with adjoining room access that we could not secure from our side. Bathroom was dirty, linens were dirty, and parking lot was not well lit or attended. Everything was broken. They still had Christmas decorations up in the lobby. Outside door in pool was broken and open, pump didn't work, heater/air in room was noisy... but they did move us. Had such a hard time communicating with the desk.
