The ONLY good thing was the front desk attendant Marcia. She came to my room and fixed the sink. Shebrought up extra pillows. She apologized for everything that was not her fault. The room smelled like cat piss. Black fingerprints on the lamp shades Brown caulking around the tub and sink. Sink lever broken underneath I TOOK PHOTOS OF ALL OF THIS

Walked through the front door the first person the greeted me said “what do you want?” Everyone else after that was fairly nice. Next I got my key to my suite, went to the door and there was a gap big enough to fit my arm under. Which I was told that was a good door. Next I go inside the room and the toilet was clogged with toilet paper and plastic. After that was unable to be fixed, I got a new room which was better but the door didn’t close easily need a full body push to lock. The connecting room door didn’t lock because the bolt lock was to low to enter the slot. Then I got in the shower and my tub wouldn’t drain I realized this after I left and came back and the shower was still full water. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I reserved and paid for a room with 2 queen size beds. When I arrived, they didn’t have any rooms with 2 beds left. They “upgraded” my room to a suite, but it wasn’t an upgrade. That was just their term for the mistake. I still only had one bed and a pull out sofa. The room was ok, but not what I reserved. I find it ridiculous that they can sell a room twice.

Best customer service in Fort Wayne Indiana!!!

I checked in Friday night after a long drive. I got to my room and it was facing the highway, and very noisy. I called down to the front desk and the attendant upgraded me to a king suite on the backside of the building. Now that’s customer service!!! Also, I’d like to add that Phil the breakfast attendant, is an amazing, kind man who adds great value to this establishment! I will be returning to this hotel to see him again. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing trip!
