Would definitely recommend!!

Service was amazing! Checking in and out was a breeze, all the employees were super helpful and friendly! Rooms were a tad smaller than a traditional hotel, but had everything in it that you need - comfortable bed, pillows, shower, bathroom, etc. Getting in and out of the parking lot and area was also very easy, and would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone in the area! The pool table, gym, and pool on the main floor were all very nice as well!

We came to Fort Wayne for my daughter’s gymnastics meet. We love Tru hotels for being clean and having a good complementary breakfast. The hotel was easy on and off of the highway with many options around for restaurants. When we travel we always try to stay in a Tru!

New and updated for the most part. Staff was nice and very attentive to keeping things clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, stock on breakfast was kept up well. What I didn’t like was having our room right next to the facilities on the 1st floor. Our room was directly next to the laundry room/janitor’s area. I could hear everything they were doing. The walls are thin apparently. So much so, that I couldn’t sleep. The flooring on the 1st floor was extremely cold. I understand carpet is out of date, but maybe carpet on a concrete slab is a better idea than LVP. Maybe if we would have been on the second or third level, I would have had a better experience.

The staff was great, made check in and checkout easy. Room was very comfortable and nice. Breakfast jad lots of choices. Overall aesthetic is a young vibe that's not exactly my thing, but it would be terrific for younger people or families with children.
