You may notice features that differ from brand-new construction — such as vintage-style hallways, older stairwells, minor cosmetic wear in common areas, or classic building materials. These elements are part of the building’s charm and history, not cleanliness or maintenance issues.
Our condo itself is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. If anything inside the unit is not up to standard, please let us know right away and we’ll resolve it quickly so your stay remains smooth and comfortable.
By booking, you acknowledge you are choosing to stay in a historic building, not a newly constructed property, and understand that normal age-related character in common areas does not qualify as a defect.
