Check-in was a mess. Property management office was supposed to give me the keys to get in. But, they closed at 4:30pm (4pm check-in time) that was despite 5pm posted close time. They did not try to reach me and the property manger would not answer the phone. After 45min I thought I would try the entire development maintenance team and selected the option for emergencies. 15min later I received a call back and informed me that I could try a lockbox to see if a key was stored.Once entering the property I learned there were several essential things missing. That evening when taking a shower I learned towels were missing and I had to dry myself with a mattress cover . No shampoo conditioner or body wash was provided.Pillows for sleeping were missing on the beds; they only had decorative pillows. Top sheet was missing from my bed.Garbage bags were missing and no paper towels or toilet was provided beyond the single hanging in the bathroom.Garage door would randomly open every day as someone else in the neighborhood had a opener that would also open our overhead door. That is not a very secure situation.Community pool and exercise facility is over 1 mile away
