property was amazing and the pictures do not do justice to how great it is. not a very walkable location, but that didn’t hinder our experience at all. it would have been nice to have curtains over the double doors near the kitchen, but no other complaints!

The host was awesome! She helped out when a personal issue came up. The house was awesome, super clean. A lot of time and thought went in to this place, it is a beautiful place. It was an awesome stay! We loved it.

Location is an easy 2 mile bike ride from downtown. Mostly bike lane the entire way. Property if very private and quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway.

It may be on me for not looking up the neighborhood, but itbwas not a safe area to stay in. I wouldnt take my kids here. The house was clean but the hot water in the shower took way too long to heat. The hot tub took over a day to hear up and it kept shutting down. It is built for sleeping mostly so if you are wanting a place close to dallas just to have a bed then this will work. Will not return.

Location was clean and pet-friendly. The bedding was a microfiber type material, so it wasn’t breathable and made me sweat each night. It would have been nice to have towel bars/ or hooks in the main bathroom because there were no places for the towels. Despite those comments, I would still book this location again if I needed to stay in the area. We appreciate the accommodation and its location so close to downtown.

Photos do not do this place justice! Such a cozy stay. The hot tub was a dream. Loved watching our fav shows & relaxing there. The hosts were quick to respond & have gone the extra mile to make the space comfortable. Slept like a baby with fresh sheets & blackout curtains. Soaker tub was hot & equipped w Bluetooth speaker in the bulb & Epsom salt under the sink. Can’t wait to return. Thank you, Angel!

Property decor was nice. The overall property was okay. The mattress did not provide a good night rest for my husband or me. Also, it would be nice for another television besides the only one in the living room be added, at least in the main bedroom. Additional televisions provide more options for guest who have different taste in television programs.

Great weekend stay!

Me and my friends stayed for a weekend while we were at a music festival and it was fantastic. It was like having a college roommate house again but way nicer! I love the open air quality of the house. You could open the kitchen doors or go out front on the front on the patio. The neighborhood looks sketchy but was not. We felt completely safe through the whole time. It would be nice to have more cooking utensils, plates, and cups other than that everything was great. Beware of the bathtub water will get scolding hot but isn’t that what’s best anyway? We would definitely book this house again for another festival. It was perfect

Nice place

The house was perfect but did have some shortcomings/missing items.We knew about the one shower and would have men great to have two. No sponge in kitchen, no extra kitchen garbage bags.Very nice coffee maker and plenty of supplies for it.

Perfect Size

My family of 5 stayed her for a wedding weekend. It had everything we needed. It was close to historic downtown Ft Worth and all we needed to do. I loved that we had off street parking with a huge driveway.

Great Location

Short drive to downtown, breweries and restaurants. Great BBQ, soul food and Jamaican restaurant in walking distance. We did not use all of the amenities available, but it was a great place for up to 6 people (3 couples) to share. Blue tooth speakers in bathroom light makes a bit of noise if you turn on the light in the middle of the night, but great for listening to podcast or music while getting ready. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will try to book it again when I go back.
