Welcome to The Cottage at TCU, a charming 1940s home brought back to life with a full modern renovation — and located less than half a mile from Texas Christian University. Whether you’re here for a campus visit, a Horned Frogs game, or a Fort Worth getaway, this cottage blends convenience, comfort, and style.

Living & Dining
Step inside to a bright, airy living room with plenty of seating — a large sofa, two recliners, and accent chairs — all centered around a stylish Frame Smart TV. With board games and high-speed WiFi, it’s easy to relax and make memories. A dining table seats your whole group, while natural light fills the space.

Kitchen & Nook
The chef-ready kitchen features full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and thoughtful extras like sugars, creamers, and spices. An espresso machine with pods is provided, and a drip coffee maker is available if you’d like to bring your own coffee. A cozy breakfast nook offers extra seating for a quiet cup of coffee or a casual meal.

Downstairs King Bedroom 1: Spacious, light-filled, Smart TV, closet, suitcase holders.

Gather around the Solo Stove fire pit (firewood provided), lounge on the sectional beneath shady trees, or grill on the Weber with propane ready to go. With an umbrella for shade and space for kids to run, it’s the perfect spot for both quiet mornings and lively evenings.

We’ve thought of everything: fresh towels, a vacuum and steamer for longer stays, suitcase holders in each room, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and fast WiFi throughout the home.

Whether you’re visiting TCU, cheering on the Horned Frogs, or simply exploring Fort Worth, The Cottage at TCU offers a warm, stylish retreat just minutes from campus.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living area, laundry facilities, and private backyard. The driveway provides convenient off-street parking.
