Very nice staff Alicia and Raj at the front desk was very kind and professional. THE BED was so comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I ended up extending my stay for 2 additional nights to continue the relaxation.

This hotel charged $50 for a deposit in order to book a room. When I checked my bank statement to see if I was refunded after checking out, I noticed $25 was missing and when I called the hotel, they said it was because the hotel pillow was missing. how in the actual hell can I even prove my self or even start to understand what happened when I live 15 hours away and didn’t notice until it was too late and I was gone. This is only happened to me one other time when I got accused of smoking in a room at a hotel that I definitely didn’t.

Refund Policy

I recently encountered a booking issue at Clarione Pointe where I accidentally reserved the wrong date. Upon arrival on the intended date, I agreed to an additional charge for that night, assuming it would offset my original booking. However, I was charged for both nights, and my initial reservation was neither cancelled nor refunded. Despite attempts to rectify this and secure a refund, I was informed that this would not be possible. This situation has unfortunately affected my perception of Clarione Pointe, and I am hesitant to book future stays at any location. Thank you.
