The hotel is a short walk from the stockyards area. That is a wonderful place to visit with lots of restaurants, shopping, and general fun. The hotel itself is also very nice, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast area, and clean rooms. You do have to valet park at the hotel, but that is very common in that area.

Perfect location for our 48-hour trip to see my niece perform at Billy Bob’s, which is directly across the street. You can walk to everything in the Stockyards, making it incredibly convenient. The location is very good. Unfortunately they require you to do valet parking which costs $25 per day. I was not happy that they forced me to give them my keys. This should be disclosed when you book the rooms.

We stayed here to attend an event at Billy Bobs. Unfortunately, the street noise made it impossible to sleep well as did the housekeeper trying to open our hotel room early in the morning. Everything else was fine.
