Canceled without warning
I booked this property in early March. Waited for check-in instructions 3 days prior to departure per the app. Messaged the host twice through the app & left 2 voicemails as the app instructed. Called VRBO the day before departure. The host had unlisted the property. I wasn't notified by the host or VRBO. I requested a refund because there was no other property, including hotels, within a 30 minute driving distance to my family. Three business days later still don't have it. But i got an email from VRBO asking about my stay. There's a problem with your policies & procedures when something like this happens. Especially when you send a follow-up email about my trip. I am so frustrated right now. This is bad customer service.
