The elevator did not work. Waiting on the part. My room was on the third floor, so it was up to me haul all my stuff up three flights of stairs and down the next day. No help, no offer. It under construction. Not well kept. Extremely disappointed for a Holiday Inn. Stay at the Hampton Inn across the street.

I am sharing this review in hopes that management will address several serious issues we experienced during our stay. Upon check-in, we were assigned a third-floor room, despite all elevators being out of service. This information was not disclosed prior to booking or arrival. After driving more than four hours, we arrived around 10:00 PM and had no choice but to carry all of our luggage up three flights of stairs. The stairwell situation raised significant safety concerns. One stairwell was closed due to repairs, leaving only a single stairwell accessible for the entire building. In addition, maintenance supplies and materials were stored in the stairwell, creating unnecessary hazards. Throughout the stay, the hallways had a strong paint odor, which caused me to develop a headache. The hot tub was also not operational, further reducing the amenities that were advertised and expected. The following morning, we had to be up by 5:00 AM and again carry our luggage down three flights of stairs. I have ongoing back issues, and this resulted in painful muscle spasms. With proper disclosure or accommodation, this physical strain could have been avoided. Given the lack of prior notification regarding inoperable elevators, limited and unsafe stairwell access, ongoing construction and paint fumes, and non-functioning amenities. I believe a rate adjustment or partial refund would have been appropriate. I would not recommend nor will I be staying here again.
Only one stairwell available to use. God forbid an emergency.

Though the room inself was nice, updated and clean, the bathtub did not have enough water pressure to allow the shower to come on and was lukewarm at best. We asked the front desk to comp or discount our stay and they said they could only comp a second night......we were going home that day so it did not help us. They did end up calling up to our room and letting us use one of the neighboring rooms to go and take a shower. This hotel is going through renovations, but the shower issue should have been fixed before guests arrived.

The hotel is a great place to stay and close to restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have a restful stay because of all of the noise from the room above us. Very loud feet noise until late and starting early. But we do understand that there’s really nothing the hotel can do about things like that.!

I booked the room for my 80-year-old parents who were taking a trip with my son, age 12. My dad was unaware of the pet fee and told the employee he would not book this hotel again. The hotel staff was emotionally unable to handle money comments from an old man and canceled their reservation on the spot—and told them if they ever came back, he would call security on them. My son was so upset over how rudely the employee spoke to his grandparents. We have relatives in the area and travel at least monthly. Not only will I never stay here, I hope you won’t either. It’s unthinkable to refuse to allow 80-yr-olds to use their paid reservation just because they think the cost is too high. Absolutely unthinkable.

We stayed at room 306. I think it is because of the AC filter that was not well maintained. Every time we get back to the hotel, the room smells like dirty feet. The stairway AC also has the bad odor. Our shower room, above the shower tub, had molds.
