Staff was helpful and courteous and everything was very clean. We checked in around 930, went down to the lobby and asked for an extra pillow and blanket so my son could sleep on the couch. Was told it would be brought up to us. It took about an hour to get a pillow and a fitted sheet that he had to use as a blanket. It worked, just seemed silly.

The start was very well. Only issue we had was that you can hear EVERYTHING from the room we were in. The people next to us were up all night and constantly going in and out of the door with their door slamming behind them.

So the lights were super bright shining in the room all night. We did not sleep a wink the first night. The second night there was a sewer smell that started in the lobby and went all the way to our room. We went to the game so we were gone all day.. Other than that the breakfast was cold and bad and the staff not very friendly and on their phone . We called hotels.com to try to get out of last night becuase it was not a comfortable stay at all and we had prepaid. However, even tho it was plenty of notice we could not get a refund. The hotel was bad enough that we lost 250 dollars rather than stay another night. So very bad experience and I would never stay again!!
