Broken toilet and heating system wasn’t working on these cold days. We were able to play with the heating system by adding paper behind the plug. but it didn’t stay for a long period of time. The front desk said someone would fix it but nothing happened.

This property needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The commode did not work well. The mattress sagged. We will not stay here again.

I want to start by saying this property has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful place to stay, but unfortunately, it fell short of the typical La Quinta standards, which was disappointing. The beds seemed smaller than expected, and one bed had a fitted sheet used as a flat sheet. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, leaving dirty water to stand in during showers. The sink frequently clogged while brushing teeth, and the toilet didn’t flush correctly, often leaving toilet paper behind. Housekeeping was non-existent—we stayed for a week, and our room was never cleaned. The breakfast options were very limited, offering only cereal, waffles, eggs, and sausage, which is far from La Quinta’s usual variety. The coffee bar was often dirty, and common areas weren’t well-maintained. Additionally, the staff, while friendly, lacked professionalism in appearance. One morning staff member wore sweatpants and a hoodie with the hood up while assisting me, which didn’t reflect the professional image I expect from La Quinta. I was extremely disappointed with our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made, as it seems to suffer from poor management or oversight.
