Although this property is nice size for a 1 bedroom it was sparse on furniture with only one cheap, uncomfortable love seat in the living room. There wasn't any side chair in the bedroom. There was a wall mounted shelf in the living room hanging loose. The host was not responsive to communications, nor did they follow thru with setting up the parking with the apartment complex. Our vehicle got towed because he didn't provide the parking permit as indicated in the introductory email. Beyond the host and apartment issues, the overall complex was located near a noisy road and the area had limited services/restaurants nearby.Note to others - think twice about this listing!

Property building had2 a fire that encompassed apartments surrounding the rental, which was not damaged. Accessibility and safety issues compromised safety due to ongoing demolition and repair. Strong smells of a burnt building were present even a week after the fire. The host and Vrbo work with us to cancel our reservation, and wevgot a full refund. It should be noted that the said fire occurred one week before our reservation began, and we were notified in our inbox approx 23 hours before our check that the fire had occurred. We feel that we should have been given prior notice of said fire and the choice of rescheduling or changing reservations should have been allowed us. Thank you to Vrbo for their cooperation. In regards to the apartment we had booked, it was very nice and it have been perfect for our stay otherwise.
