TERRIBLE!!!!

Property manager would not return our text. The property was double booked and we were never notified. I had to call Vrbo management directly. Vrbo was very helpful and I appreciated their response. It was very upsetting to arrive at property and finding outit had beendouble booked. When we arrived at the location, there was already occupied with someone who had booked the same property we had booked.
