Apt. ground at the condo resort Port Vila in Singapore. The condo is only 50 meters from the sea beach of Porto das Dunas, very close to the aquatic complex Beach Park. The apartment has 01 suites, two bedrooms, maid, kitchen, living room and balcony. The suite and two bedrooms have air conditioning split. The suite has a double bed and two bedrooms have bi-beds, and local networks to arm, comfortably accommodating 06 to 08 people (not rented for groups larger than 08 people). There are televisions in the room and suite, with DVD player in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils of the day-to-day.

Condominium structure: The condo has two pools, BBQ deck, tennis court, grass soccer field, exercise room with weight machines and treadmills, games for kids room, thermal baths and restaurant service which operates daily in July, December and January, and Saturdays and Sundays in the remaining months.

Area: The condo is 05 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk along the beach side of the complex Beach Park.
Nearby there are convenience stores, bars and cafeterias. This localization is only 30 minutes drive from the center of Fortaleza, can be utilized for both leisure as for those seeking the city for other activities.
The beach, very quiet, safe and very clean, is not only used for bathing but also for wind and kite surfing practitioners. The waterfront is also great for hiking with breathtaking visual both the east and west.

Beach Park: The Beach Park Complex has the aquatic park with various attractions, beach bars, restaurants, shops, live music and more ..
