Eaten alive by bugs in the room, many other issues

even with contacting the front desk, no one helped - room service was a disaster, they did not answer the phone for 1.5 hours then when they finally took our order, it took 1 hour to arrive - when checking out, no remorse, no apology only "we will do better next time"

Aquaville sempre é muito bom, atendimento muito bom. Tenho 2 observações: 1- Faltam duchas higiênicas nos banheiros. 2- Os edredons não estavam tão limpos.

Excelente. Lugar lindo com uma natureza exuberante. Uma praia linda quase que exclusiva. Restaurante na praia com comida muito boa e drinks também. Apto com cama confortável tipo king e limpeza em dias alternados. Ficamos num apto de 2 quartos e 3 banheiros. Água forte. Café da manhã com várias opções e comida gostosa. Adoramos e devemos voltar. A recepção fica fora do complexo e isso é péssimo pois dificultou ainda mas o atendimento. Quando cheguei no quarto a roupa de cama era pequena e fina, solicitei um lençol extra por ser pequeno e nao fui atendida. Fomos jantar e a apresentação da comida era boa, mas sem sabor algum a batata chega estava marrom de puro óleo. Minha filha teve febre solicitei uma coberta e também não fui atendida. O quarto é espaçoso, mas tudo muito velho e precisando de manutenção. No café da manhã vimos que os saches estavam vencidos, pensei: se algo que fica na frente dos clientes elesdeixam vencido imagina dentro da cozinha. Fui na recepção reclamar porque nao me atenderam pelo telefone e a recepcionista estava deitada no sofá. Solicitei o estorno das diárias restantes e fui para outro lugar. A unica coisa que salva nesse lugar é a vista e a proximidade ao beach park.
