The staff is fine and the room was clean. The problem is that the room is tiny. The bed takes up almost the entire room and you can barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny. Overall the hotel is depressing. No smart TV so only Brazilian channels to watch. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I stayed one night and left. Could not imagine staying another night. Would not recommend.

Bom ar condicionado não funcionava para desligar ou mudar a temperatura ar muito gelado banheiro aparecendo baratas subindo nas paredes lençóis e toalhas de banho encardidas um nojo Controles sem a capinha de proteger as pilhas local do café da manhã lamentável parede com infiltração e poucas opções de alimentos. E detalhe agente paga caro em uma reserva sem reembolso pra pegar um hotel tão ruim como esse NÃO RECOMENDO TEM QUE MELHORA E MUITO

O ponto forte do hotel com certeza é a localização, dá pra fazer muita coisa à pé. Mas tem pontos que deixam a desejar. O quarto era muito apertado, inclusive o banheiro. O café da manhã com poucas opções e as disponíveis muito artificiais, nada parecia ser realmente fresco e da terra. Já fiquei em hotéis de tarifa e porte semelhante e com café superior. A equipe em nenhum momento foi grosseira ou algo assim, mas senti falta de uma recepção mais calorosa, não nos perguntaram se nossa viagem era a turismo ou negócios, não nos deram indicações de coisas a fazer em Fortaleza. Não criaram um relacionamento com o cliente. Era um simples bom dia e boa noite, secos. Aliás, essa foi uma constante em Fortaleza.

O café da manhã razoável, vista maravilhosa, quartos limpos, roupas de cama e banho bem surrados. Mas o que mas me chamou atenção negativamente foi as condições de trabalho dos porteiros. Vergonhoso, o proprietário não oferece cadeira, guarita, sequer uma sombrinha para os porteiros que trabalham 11horas em pé, se sentarem serão demitidos, o proprietário é um Bolsominion ex deputado. Nunca mais voltarei neste hotel por esta razão.
