Dirty waste of space

I woke up in a sweat to a broken air conditioner at 3am. Instead of letting me sleep in another room and move in the morning, they forced me to move everything at 3am to another room! Horrible night! DO you know what it is like to pack up and move at 3am?? WOW. Never had a hotel like that and I have stayed in about 500 hotels of hotels in my life. I could not have more than one towel per day even after I asked and no more sheets were given because "It was locked up". They never clean the rooms and the rooms are filthy; grung and grit everywhere. Bathrooms are mildewy. The only half way deecent thing about this place is its location but I changed to another hotel (Cocal) about 4 blocks away that is amazing for the same price as this dirty waste of space.

Horrible hotel!

Just stayed for 2 nights, this hotel(its a motel) it's a dump! The rooms are horrible! The bar - which at the same time is the dinning room - is close to the rooms! And they have a live act playing right in your ears!

Delphia Cold Coffee

The hotel rarely answers the phone. I tried to confirm the reservation from the US and had to make 3 calls. I tried to leave a message for the family regarding my late arrival from Brasilia, but no one ever picked up. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The wi-fi does not work in the rooms. The rooms are dingy; the door locks are flimsy; the sheets are yellowed. The hot water showerhead has been disconnected. The AC labors because there are open gaps everywhere. The breakfast had cold (totally cold) coffee. The sausage consisted of cut up hot dogs from a can. The fruits were cut thin, but with the rind attached. On many pieces the wholesale stickers were still attached, which is to say the fruit was not washed, only cut. that's an excellent way to get some really amazing diarrhea.

Rubbish place

I was meant to stay at this hotel but after getting there and seeing the hotel and room conditions and didn't stay at all. the hotel facilities were very poor. They didn't have a safe in the room, they only have a communal safe in their office which yo had to share with all other guests, which i found absurd. the room i was allocated to stay had a stair case just outside the door making almost impossible to gain access to it carrying your luggage, but the worst thing that made me refuse to stay there at all, it was the bed. there was no mattress at all, just a bed base hard as rock with a very thin sponge which they called orthopaedic . To me it wasn't an orthopaedic bed at all, just a cheap bed base and even it it was an orthopaedic bed. I never requested one or even was informed the hotel only provided those beds. After speaking to reception they showed me every other available room in the same condition. I refused to stay and staff completely understood my frustration and said would not be charged. They told me my booking was going to be cancelled as the hotel wasn't up to my expectation. I found it was misrepresentation from this hotel selling you something online and not delivering the same. I knew I was going to stay in 3* hotel and was not expecting anything more but just some comfort which they didn't provide. I am worried now that I asked to do this review when I never stayed at this hotel at all and I hope I haven't been charged for this. P. S. I found and stayed in a wonderful 4* hotel 2 min walk from the beach paying just a little bit more.

Perto da praia épositivo.

Tive que tomar banho frio nos 3 dias que fiquei, o chuveiro não funcionava no quente e mesmo eu tendo reclamado para pelo menos 4 funcionários, nada foi feito durante minha estadia. Tentaram até me mudar de quarto, mas no quarto oferecido o ar condicionado não funcionava, no outro quarto que tentei tomar banho o chuveiro também era frio e a luz do banheiro não funcionava. Eu vi teias no teto, e o lençol que tinha disponível tinha marcar de gotas de sangue pequenas.

Não me hospedei desistir assim que vi as dependências e o quarto, nada condizia com o que vi na internet. Lugar horrível porta do quarto não fechava por dentro não tinha wi-fi, televisão sem botoes e modelo antigo, conclusão: não recomendo para ninguem.

Péssimo. Evite-o. Avoid it at all cost.

Não havia sequer papel higiênico. Sem água nos chuveiros ou torneiras. Trocamos de quarto. No segundo quarto, o ar condicionado era colado com a cama. Impossível dormir com o ar condicionado na cara. Também não dava para ficar sem ele, pois o quarto era quente. O terceiro quarto tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro. As toalhas eram encardidas e apresentavam mau-cheiro, apesar de ter sido aparentemente lavadas (daquelas que já era para ter dado fim). O dono do hotel é um Irlandês que pouco se importa se o cliente está satisfeito e não se deu ao trabalho de trocar sequer 2 palavras conosco, apesar de eu ser fluente em inglês (a barreira linguística não era desculpa). O pior de tudo isso é que pagamos antecipado e até agora não recebemos nosso dinheiro de volta. Vale muito mais a pena pagar um pouco mais e ficar em um hotel que de fato oferece o serviço esperado para essa atividade. O único motivo para alguém reservar um quarto neste hotel é pela sua localização. Acredite, vale mais a pena pagar 60 reais mais caro e ficar em um hotel muito bom e também muito bem localizado.

Péssima estadia

hotel com localização privilegiada, próximo da praia, restaurante, próximo de tudo, mas terrível em acomodação. A equipe de atendimento é cordial, mas o hotel foi abandonado pelo proprietário; lençóis e toalhas velhas e sujas, o café da manhã fiquei sabendo que existia apenas na propaganda, acabou antes das 8h e não houve reposição de nada, tudo muito velho, geladeira enferrujada, vaso sanitário sem tampa, quarto sujo, porta com a fechadura quebrada. Há 4 anos me hospedei e foi bem tranquilo, agora depois dessa experiência não volto nunca mais.

Delphia Praia de Iracema hotel , não recomendado.

O hotel muito bem localizado, mais dependia do plantão de funcionários fomos tratados com muito descaso sem nem uma cortesia. Não houve serviços de quarto como troca de toalhas nos 5 dias hospedados e a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro(inadmissível). Chuveiro elétrico sem a mínima condições de tomar banho quente(a água saía fervendo). A apresentação do café da manhã horrível sem muito higiênie e de péssima qualidade. Cama muito desconfortável e o quarto de péssima apresentação. Não recomendado.

Horrível

Terrível, Não tivemos limpeza de quarto durante todo o período de estadia. Paredes morfadas e manchas escuras e sujas em portas e paredes. café da manhã sem muitas variedades. Atendimento horrível, com atendentes que nunca tinham informações sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Acreditem!!!!!!! Faltou toalhas limpas e "Papel Higiênico"...

os funcionarios bem atenciosos,mas o proprietario muito mal educado não sabe atender os hospedes.Café da manhã muito restrito voce vai pedir para repor ele finge que não entende, inclusive orienta os funcionários para expulsar os clientes.Nunca mais nos hospedariamos nesse hotel.

Um misto de bom com razoável

O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada próximo a praias, restaurantes e meios de localização. O dono do hotel é muito simpático, mas os quartos não estão em excelentes condições por exemplo a TV estava com defeito e em péssimo estado.

Quando chegamos, nosso quarto não estava disponível. Tivemos que ficar em outro quarto com duas camas de solteiro. O hotel cheirava a xixi, mas depois que iniciaram as limpezas dos quartos do primeiro andar, melhorou. O café da manhã do domingo foi bom, já o da segunda, foi decepcionante. Suco de pacote, as mesas estavam sem açúcar e manteiga. Não tinha presunto, era mortadela. A única parte boa é a localização. Fica perto da Praia de Iracema e da avenida Monsenhor Tabosa.

Razoável

Gostei muito da localização, próximo a muitos pontos turísticos, agencias de viagens, pontos de ônibus e taxis. Os únicos problemas eram relacionados ao quarto que o colchão que tinha um buraco, ar condicionado não gelava, o banheiro com limo nas paredes e chuveiro dava choque.

Um dia de vergonha

Uma pena que um hotel tão ruim esteja num bairro tão bem localizado. Péssimo atendimento - sou bilíngüe, mas costumo dizer que o mais importante idioma é a comunicação, lá não existe - condições de higiene precárias, banheiro com mal cheiro. Não tem nada pior que lençóis manchados e quando solicitei a troca, simplesmente me foi negado. Esqueci um objeto no quarto e quando fui buscar, me deram outro que não era meu. Recusei envergonhado. Não recomendo, menos mal que fora apenas uma diária e passei a maior parte do tempo fora para evitar maiores constrangimentos. Tratei de ir embora. Alô pessoal do Hoteis.com o Delphia Praia de Iracema Hotel é triste.
