O condomínio não podia usar piscina a noite… geralmente os locais assim funcionam até mínimo meia noite …. Pois fomos pra praia e fomos e quando voltamos não podia utilizar a piscina…. Apto precisa reforma itens básicos não tinha… fogão não funcionava, secador cabelo não tinha, ferro de passar… cortinas rasgadas etc… fotos do apto quando eu contratei era bonito porém apto era o contrário… não volto esse local novamente!

Apartamento grande e confortável, vista para o mar

A estadia foi muito boa, apartamento grande, limpo e confortável de frente para o mar e vista para a área da piscina. Oferecendo lençóis, mantas e toalhas. O ruim foi só um vazamento que tinha na área externa, talvez por falta de manutenção dos ar condicionados. De resto foi tudo ótimo. Quero voltar outras vezes.

Excelente localizacao e comodidades na propriedade. Como nao sevtrata de um hotel existe limitacoes de horario pata refeicoes. No entanto o local possui um mini mercado que consegue suprir necessidades basicas.

Ótima localização

Custo/benefício muito bom. Minha estadia foi no Beach living Aquiraz. A proximidade com o parque aquático do Beach park foi um ótimo diferencial, fomos todos os dias a pé pela praia e com muita segurança. O apartamento é muito bom. Tem tudo nescessário pra estadia. Talvez falte alguns utensílios como panelas maiores por exemplo, mas nada que chegue a ser um grande problema.

Excelente local para ir em família. O apartamento bastante amplo e equipado com tudo que precisávamos. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos. O complexo das piscinas também é maravilhoso.
