Great vacation time

Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue.

The resort is what you'd expect for most resorts in Brazil: average. The staff make the place super friendly because everybody is very pleasing. Needs a bit of cleaning and better overall service (bar and restaurant). Rooms are adequate. Not environment friendly at all.

Huge apt and great location for family trip

This is the Place yo go if you’re planning traveling to Fortaleza with family, I paid an extra day at the resort with everything included ( including the water tickets for 6 people and food) at beach park. It was worth every cent! The food is good and the service is amazing! The place is about 30 mins from the capital, but it’s the place to stay with family and small kids, The apt was big, clean and confortable!

We liked it! Refreshing and fun!

Besides an initial mixup with the reservation, the service we received was great. The food is good. And the location is excellent- beautiful private beach which is completely safe at night. The rooms had some black mold, spiders and only tv just in living room(not in bedrooms). Other than that they are nice and comfortable. No English channels besides CNN on cable. The staff doesn't really speak good English, you will definitely need to know some basic Portuguese and bring Google Translation to get by. They charge for everything including wifi which isn't great signal, but at least it works. There is a local market across the street that has snacks and bottled water for a lot cheaper than that hotel. Lots of local restaurants in the area offer free transport to and from the hotel too. Keep in mind that if you want a city vacation with nightlife etc. look elsewhere in downtown. Beach Park Wellness is perfect for those who want to relax, feel safe and forget you problems. They do offer family friendly entertainment, music comedy etc each night in the beach bark common area but it's done by 10pm. We will definitely consider coming back here in the future.

Nice hotel, close to Beach Park

The hotel is ok, its facilities and rooms are excellent. The hotel is very close to the water park, only a hundred of meters away. It is also a hundred meters form the beach, wich is a nice beach, very windy, the water is warm, there are plenty of palm trees on the shore and a nice and very expensive restaurant within it. The place is very safe and also a quiet place to be. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and for the rest of meals we can not give oppinion, cause we ate outside the hotel. There are no places outside near the hotel for eating. It is necesary to take a taxi (4US$) for going to a place 1km away that has a couple of decent restaurants. I would recomend this place to anyone going with children to enjoy the water park, only that, cause no other activities could be done there. We are a family with two children (11 and 9)

Quarto amplo e limpo, confortavel para a familia. O banheiro da suite nao tem box (por causa de acessibilidade) entao molha tudo e aumenta o risco de queda. na suite tambem falta tomada nos dois lados da cama e mesa pequena de apoio. o quarto de solteiro com as camas com colchao muito confortaveis.

Beach Park com uma família de 10 pessoas

A estadia foi muito boa, atendeu bem nossa família com 10 pessoas. Pegamos 2 apartamentos de 2 quartos. Essa opção foi muito boa. Sala e cozinha no apartamento foram um diferencial. Aproveitamos muito bem a piscina do hotel e as crianças brincaram muito na brinquedoteca. A comida é sensacional. Os funcionários são extremante educados e solícitos, nos chamou atenção. Foi ótimo!

Bom para famílias, quartos grandes com banheiro além do da suíte. Toalhas de rosto não foram disponibilizadas, apenas de banho. Restaurante sortido e bem abastecido. No entanto, o número de garçons e atendentes é muito inferior ao necessário. Em todos os jantares foi uma dificuldade conseguir pedir as bebidas. E, em nenhuma ocasião, nenhuma, as bebidas chegaram antes de terminarmos a refeição. Staff simpático e disponível.

Há opções melhores para se hospedar perto do Park!

Foi nossa primeira e última vez nesse hotel. Reservei uma “suíte premium”, que não tem nada de “premium”: virada de frente para a rua, sem vista e com todo o barulho do trânsito, inclusive um caminhão de recolha de lixo depois das 23:00. A mobilia era de MDF já bem usado, algumas peças estufadas. Embora tenha pedido para mudar de apartamento recebi um sonoro “não”, embora outros hospedes tenham conseguido. A entrada do hotel é numa rua de chão batido, incompatível com um resort que cobra o que cobra. Uma garrafa de água custa 10 reais, pra ter uma ideia do restante dos preços astronômicos, pois não tem mercado nas proximidades a pé. No terceiro dia, surgiu um barulho de máquina à meia-noite, era um funcionário do hotel borrifando inseticida e acordando todo mundo. Ou seja, não conhecem lei do silêncio. No check out, tentaram me cobrar “por engano” uma diária, sendo que paguei todas antecipadamente. Restaurante: comida bem feita, assim como o café da manhã, mas o banheiro masculino estava sem manutenção em um dos dias. Carta de vinhos paupérrima, poucas opções e ainda das poucas opções havia várias “em falta”, mas os garçons insistiram todas as noites para consumirmos, o que me fez concluir que devem ganhar comissão por venda de vinhos. Para utilizar o Beach Park, disseram que os hospedes teriam acesso uma hora antes de abrir para o público externo, mas isso também não foi cumprido, pois a diferença foi só de meia hora, prejudicando quem confiou na informação.
