A very good hotel for the price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the complimentary breakfast is the best--very tasty with lots of variety. I would stay there again.

Estadia confortável e bom custo benefício

O apartamento tem espaço adequado para a estadia. Um probleminha do ar condicionado foi imediatamente resolvido pela gerência. O café é ótimo e suficiente com muitas opções. Nos espaços comuns como o microondas e para cuidados com as roupas pareciam de uma maior limpeza. Nada que influencie na experiência da estadia.

Decepção total.

Infelizmente foi péssima a estadia, hotel extremamente velho, cheio de infiltração, quartos com mofo, Tv sem funcionar os canais, banheiro bem ruim, com pinga pinga no chuveiro, pia com mármore quebrado, espelhos com manchas, box bem deteriorado, vaso sanitário com aspecto ruim. Atendimento dos funcionários péssimo. Café da manhã razoável e a limpeza realizada de forma ótima pela camareira Emily, sendo o único ponto positivo. Roupa de banho e cama de péssima qualidade. Estacionamento em um porão sem a mínima condição. Funcionários sem treinamento algum, sem carrinhos para malas… enfim… foram 10 dias de chateações.

O hotel não tinha garagem, tinhamos que deixar o carro na rua, ou pagar uma diaria de 30,00R$. As paredes não têm acustica, escutavamos as conversas das pessoas dos quartos vizinhos. O café da manhã sem reposição, faltando tudo.
