Tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes (condições do quarto: sujo, pia entupida, colchão afundando e ar condicionado barulhento) pois trata-se de flat e não de hotel, não tem estrutura de hotel e isso não é informado quando reservamos, pois da última vez que havíamos ficado lá era um hotel. Pelo fato de não ser hotel, a administração só funciona até 19hs e depois disso não tem ninguém para prestar auxílio, exemplo por duas vezes chegamos no quarto à noite e a camareira não havia deixado toalhas, shampoo e sabonetes - ficamos literalmente a ver navios! Outro fator ruim é que tem vários apartamentos com moradores!

Cheiro de umidade no quarto, serviço de recepção ruim (pedimos quarto para dois adultos e uma criança, mas o quarto tinha somente uma cama de casal, não queriam nos mudar de quarto nem providenciar cama extra), banheiro sem porta, pombos fizeram um ninho fora da janela e fizeram barulho a noite toda.

Na chegada o hotel não localizou minha reserva. Como eu tinha efetuado a reserva pelo smartfone, não tinha impresso o voucher. Mesmo assim o funcionário foi prestativo e nos disponibilizou um quarto. Na manha seguinte tudo foi esclarecido. O quarto é um flat amplo, com quarto, sala e cozinha integrados. O hotel é bem localizado em frente a praia. Como único ponto a melhorar aponto o banheiro que é um pouco antigo e precisa renovação. Recomendo.

Boa localização

Recepção do hotel fica nos fundos de uma galeria, bem simplória! Os flats tem vários donos, e qdo vc compra aqui, provavelmente é um deles, ao chegar não tinha minha reserva na recepção. Tive que esperar o recepcionista contatar o proprietário do flat. Quarto simples, cama ruim. Mas boa localização.
